Trek'n Eat Food Ration Type III (3 meals)

Type III three-course food ration especially for a 1-day field trip for one person. It includes a complete set of necessary meals. It will provide you with energy for the whole day in unfavorable conditions. It consists of the following components:

• beef casserole with noodles,
• potato stew with fried onion,
• whole-grain fruit muesli,
• emergency food ration (2 candy bars),
• a packaging of biscuits,
• 5 candies,
• the Mint tea,
• 2 black teas,
• 4 espressos,
• 2 Ice Tea drinks with a peach flavor,
• 3 sachets of sugar,
• spice shaker.

Food prepared by Trek'n Eat is freeze-dried. It is a freeze-drying process of frozen substances. This allows the food to be powdered and dissolves faster than other products. This method of food preservation was introduced already during World War II by the order of the United States government. The idea was to produce food rations for the military that would be as low as possible.

1. Open the package.
2. Bend it in half.
3. Pour water in to a height of about 8 cm.
4. Mix the contents.
5. Wait 5 minutes.
6. Open the package as instructed.
7. Eat and enjoy a delicious, warm meal.
