Coats
Coats came to Europe from the East, probably in the fourteenth century. Common in men's fashion since the seventeenth century. At the end of the nineteenth century, women also began to wear this type of outerwear. Since then, no part of clothing was able to match the coat in its popularity.
Most classical models coat is designed for the needs of the army. Military history have also a duster, pea coat and duffle coat that soldier's roots owe their functionality. Coats quickly gained popularity among the civilian population - both women and men.
Apart from comfort, coat is a universal symbol of elegance and style.
